Corporate E-Mail Services
Easysoft's Corporate E-Mail service is a unique service provided exclusively by
Easysoft to its clients. The plan allows small to mid-sized businesses the opportunity to
allow each employee with a PC, access to their own unique e-mail (employee@yourdomain.com)
without a separate modem and phone line for each machine.
Here is how it works.
Using your existing network, the server (or designated desktop machine)
access Easysoftweb's network through a modem. Once an hour (or 9-5 continuous connection
depending on plan), this machine then picks up the mail from Easysoft's mail server which
is acting as a middle man. All of the other PCs on the network then send and recieve their
mail from the server at your location, which in turn sends it out into the web. You have
all of the benefits of a full time in-house mail server to recieve e-mail 24 hours a day,
seven days a week without the headaches of having it connected 24/7.
This means that you can connect your entire office to the net using only one modem and
telephone line. This saves an enormous amount of money on modem and modem upgrades. Not to
mention the cost of installing and maintaining a dedicated phone line for each employee.
